On March 25th, I ordered a dell ink cartridge from EZinkjets.com. I received an e-mail that said it was sent out the very next day, the 26th.
Today is the 1st of May, and I still do not have my ink. But as you can imagine, they charged my credit card the 1st or second week of April!
They only have a phone number to call that is automated, and it tells you to e-mail them, but you get no response. I just want my money back, but it seems there is no way to get a hold of anyone.
