Purchased the phone on 3-13-07 with service and a bluetooth. From a saleman named Darren R.
On 3-16 I took back the bluetooth due to my father, had bought me a bluetooth, which is for my B-Day coming up 03-23. They refund me for the bluetooth. No problems that day.

One 3-19 I was in a bog "Swamp" fishing and I end up trying to call my friend for help, to find out that my service was cut off. I just bought the phone 7 days ago, and they wanted me to pay like 145.00 for some service. I was very upset. Because I was not able to get my Credit card to pass through there service because it was not recognized for payment through the phone. And was unable to get service to help me during that time.

Got safely home and Called on the Land line and waited for 45 min. To get this resolved. Spoke with a Larry and gave me a credit Requist Confermation Number of 143973 and he gave me a POS number which was 0724772. I was like Dude I only had the phone for SEVEN DAYS! I was so UPSET!

3-20 I decided to cancel my phone service and they told me that I can't cancel due too there policy and aggreement. I said excuse me after what I went through, You need to see about giving me my money back. They only could refund me for the phone. But they could not give me My money back. A retainer fee that subpose to act like a deposit.

What a lie. They had other bogus charges on programmin and account pa bullshit. They I had the Retail Store Manager Mr. Michael Kelly and told him that this is WRONG. I did not like their service and that I was going to get a Lawyer to fight this and that my Dixie flag is up to fight for this. After all that they said that I was threw no more Centennial. And as of today I rec'd a payment due for 18.56 for the month of April 13.

This is harrasment, and there was another dude that handles accounts and payments with no name badge and comes out in front of you and does his thing and goes back behind the room. Guys I am very pissed off. They are taking advantage of all of us American people twisting words and not making any sense on their ethics for customer services. There is NO AMBIGUITY about this Company called Centennial Wireless.

Im a disable man 41 years old and fighting Multiple Sclerosis. Im also in the Medical field and this phone service is UNSAFE. These people need to be dealt with. And they send me a statement. All they are doing is just rubbing the Salt in the wound and that accountant knows that. He trying to make me an example that is very Unethical and Unprofessional. As I told them that what they are doing is Wrong.

I dont like your service after 7 to 8 days after what has happened to me, they deserve to get Punished, especially that accounted dude that didnt have a name tag. I think he runs that store fraud operational process.
