I ordered this pendant on line and wore it about 7 times. Then the spokes started bending and now the main spoke is bent and the Cz's are falling out. I emailed the company and stated the facts and they said that they only replace things before 30 days and this was 3 months ago. But I feel it is the fault of the manufacturer and they should honor my claim. It is shoddy merchandise.
