I found this company while researching vehicle signage.
The prices were great and there was no minimum order indicated on the home page or at any time during the sign order process. So i co, pleted the order and paid by paypal, after a few days the order was not here and the company had not contacted me.in my inquiry i was told there was a minumum order and it must be at least 100.00. I told them there was no minimum on the website, and went and checked at the same url i ordered from. No minimum order. They sent me an email and said i must be blind. So i checked again and on the home page in bright red letters it says 100 dollar minimum order. I maintain websites and it takes a minute to upload an updated page.
So regardless when they instituted the minimum order it was not there originally. Thats deceptive.
And because they wont claim the money from paypal, i cant dispute it. And because it is unclaimed i can't cancel it. Paypal is making me wait 30 days before they will cancel it. Then up to another 30 days to get a refund.
The lesson here is do not use paypal with companies you don't know. If i had paid by check or credit card it would already be resolved. As a side note... Paypal sucks. Customer service has been a joke.
