I recieved the email through a survey posting. When I recieved the packet and looked over it; I read the fine print and It said that if I wanted to cash in on the super savings, then $149. Would be taken out of my account.
I immediatly called the number provided and ask them to not take out any money and also ask if I could hold onto the packet and consider the offer in 2months due to the fact we were about to move. I ask twice if they intended on withdrawing any money out of my account and they assured me that would not happen. IT DID! I then called the number and asked why. They replied with "you did not send the packet back; so we withdrew 59.95.
I have since faxed a letter demanding my money back and my name taken off of all of their records. The worst part is—I should have known better and it really makes me mad and slightly depressed. My husband is really mad at me and I have considered contacting KEN AMARO for justice.
