I recieved a letter stating I won $50 thousand dollars accompanied with a check for $2,962.00. The check is to be of assistance for taxes and fees.
So I call the numer 902-412-9425 twice getting the voicemail stating no more room for messages full. Third call I finally reached a woman.
Very quickly she said deposit the check in you bank and call back onced cleared. And I would recieve more info on how to get the money sent to me via check from UPS.
But of course with more questions arising woman abruptly hands up on me. So I started to contact the Better Business Beaure and no listing was connected with number.
Then I proceed to check the internet for myself and when I googled the company name Rip off reports started showing up. But my check was supposedly Through First Union National Bank with Quick Print Labeling INC with address 100 Chatham Lane Red Lion PA 17356 with phone number 519-991-3093. And when looking them up on the internet they are a company to help with labeling of shirts, mail labels etc. Nothing about printing checks. But the bank is supposedly a true bank
I wonder if all these names affilated with this know they are being used in this scam. Also they used the names of the Publisher's Clearing House and Reader's Digest sweepstakes to say that is how you won.
I just find it funny that the supposed drawing was held in Dublin, Ireland, The processing compay St. Thomas Virgin Islands, and the check from PA.
