I recently became aware that the ad flyer I receive weekly DOES NOT refer to all of the Raphs stores in my neighborhood... in fact, it only refers to a small minority of the stores. Most stores in SoCal have HIGHER prices than the ad distributed to your mailbox or through your newspaper. I brought this to the attention of their customer service people, but only received the usual polite, "grateful" form-letter response!
Check the botom of the last page of your ad... The fine print lists the only stores to which the ad is applicable.
