This isn't right!

I approached cityadvantage about having my tv fixed because it was nevertheless protected beneath the guarantee. I had been approached with a technician and recommended he'd be-at my home on 3/23 after INCH P.M. At 3 P.M. I named him to find out his projected period of appearance. He explained he'd be departing for my home within an hour. At4:15 he named me to inform me he wouldn't be visiting my home as he ultimately examined his components and observed the component he believed he'd for my fix wasn't appropriate. He'd need to purchase the component and could be out sometime in a few days.

I called cityadvantage to settle a and following a prolonged delay, was handed an "Event quantity" and placed on store to keep in touch with somebody in the corporate workplace. Following a 52 moment store, on my mobile phone (the only real telephone I've), I hung-up because it hasbeen my encounter no body in "corporate" will reply because it was today after 5 P.M. Today I am left having a damaged Television, which is set when hell freezes over along with a possibly large-cell bill. Is there any option?! This isn't right!!!
