Bottomfeeders junk debt buyers Ripoff

Hello,
I have also been sued by Love, Beal and Nixon and have responded denying the debt and requesting verification including the purchase price they paid for the debt. I received a response stating the original creditor, old account number and inflated balance only. Should I file a motion for discovery or a motion to dismiss at this point? There has been no court date set. I also would like to have the attorney's name Chase from Tulsa spoke about who has represented many people against LBN.
