I was considering signing up with this new mycreditconsulting.com company until I noticed that all of my personal information was going to be submitted insecurely (without encryption) over the Internet. That may have allowed someone to steal my identity had they been watching my connection.
In addition, it appears that they violate the CROA (Credit Repair Organization Act) by requiring payment before doing work, and not having the required disclosures/statements before their signup form.
They may be a scam, they may be legit, but I certainly wouldn't trust them with my personal information.
