No one gave them permission to change my shipping address from Ohio to Alaska. I have my items shipped to Ohio because they have a hard time shipping to Alaska. It takes 2-3 months for items to get here and they don't use a tracking number. They bill me like immediately for the items and I never get them. Oh sure I've contacted the company but no one ever gets back to me. There is nothing specific on the website about using two different states to conduct business with them. As soon as the items are recieved in Ohio the invoice is faxed and paid from Alaska. All my invoices are current with them.
