This guy charges outrageous fees, does not fight in the court room allows other attys. Walk all over him, not the lawyer you want to represent you in any way. This guy is a kitten. And in court you need a tiger. He gets pushed around like a little kid at disney world. This guy could not fight his way out of a wet paper bag with a hole in it.
