If you have been following the saga of Elite Van Lines string of people across America it has ripped off I have some good news. I reported them here several weeks ago because they picked up my property on the 27th of May and drove off leaving us with a bill for nearly triple the original estimate. I have tried everything I have been told about or could think up on my own, including: the attorney general, police, lawyers, FBI, DOT, INS, the Israeli Embassy, certified mail to the company, etc. I have still not received anything but more lies from Ben, David, Elli, Kevin, Jason, Adam, Karin, etc and it has been almost 9 weeks now.
I have found one thing that is known to cause them a headache and I beg all of you, if you have so much as HEARD a bad story about this company, would you please call the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration at 866 DOT SAFT and file a complaint. For the sake of not only myself but numerous other people that are in the same circumstances, I beg you readers to report this company to the DOT for their fraudulent driving practices, avoiding weigh stations using rented trucks, refusing to respond to complaints, fraudulent contracts, intimidating wives into signing bills of lading, and a host of others. I don't ask you to lie, only report complaints based on any experience you have had or any that you have read about on the internet just in case those people have not... You could report as a concerned third party for the people that have been ripped off. If the web administrators will forgive me this, I would request that my email address be posted on here and if you readers would kindly email me to let me know if you have done this, I would greaty appreciate it.
