I too requested the free trial sample for 4.95 s/h charges.
The next thing i knew my debit/ckg card had a charge for 149.95 on it.
I have left several phone messages, even to a cust service rep named reggie ext 103. I have never reached a live person, only a recording to leave yet another message. How angry that makes me i cannot say oooooooohhhhhhhhhhhh.
I am determined to get my money back if i have to call, write, and even sue.
Any advice on the quickest path to success?
Thank you for this site, i thought i was the only one being ripped off. I think we should start a class action law suit against this (these) company (ies).
