This is a boiler room operation. The turn over rate is about 95% the the first month they are employed. If you don't do at least 7000.00 per month in sales dollars your job is threatened, and then fired. The management are all talk and when someone asks a straight question they are given a short respose "Don't worry about it, just focus on selling"
After you work for them for any amount of time you begin to understand that there isn't much in it for the Realtors. They have been forced to lower their monthly fee to $150.00 to find new people to to enroll.
Before you enroll ask for 6 people within a 50 mile radius of your zip code that have been with GMHV for at least 6 months. You live off referrals why not them! They will give you some story about privacy laws in Pa., but the truth is that the turn over rate among realtors is extremely high. If an employee asks what % do stay after the intiall 2 months, management will go silent.
