This company charged me from November thru February for a voice mail service that it never provided. Voice mail has never been installed on my phone line. Regardless of this fact, this company is refusing to refund my money.
This company had my IP address, email address and other information that I have provided to other sites for other reasons. They claim this information is proof that I did sign up for their service. Even though it was all quite accurate, I have no idea how or from where they got the information.in point of fact, until I discovered the extra charges on my phone bill, I had no idea that this company even existed.
