The following is our formal complaint letter to the federal trade commission, federal communications commission, and department of professional regulation. Please take note that only because we kept every single email these scammers sent us, along with taped phone calls, did we get put on the path of full revenue recovery by the federal trade commission.

We are completely dissatisfied with the service that Metro Marketing has provided they told us we were guaranteed results or our money back, and now they say they do not give refunds. They said that the wave file attached is the confirmation of a borrower who wanted a Refinance please read the agreement and see what they tell us is criteria I also have letters from these borrowers stating not interested and they have given me permission to hear there calls.
We are a new business and have at every turn been over promised and under delivered. We have tried repeatedly to work with this company and at every turn we get excuses and no results, we are coming close to getting the lights shut off Please help we need your assistance. I have left message for Rosemarie who is supposedly a manager for their telemarketing dept, I have also left various messages for Jay McCloud who is supposedly her boss and the end all be all at metro marketing and he thus far has refused to return our calls, they have contacted Steve Castrilli and told him to call us because they we keep on calling which just lets me know that at this point they are avoiding us. We have given them opportunities over and over again to do the right thing, and they refuse.
I have copies of all correspondence with this company so there will be no confusion of what was expected, I have also verbal confirmation of what was expected and was never delivered. After we entered into an agreement with this company we found out that they are also listed on usacomplaints.com for the same issues we are having with them now. The company making calls on behalf of Metro Marketing is a company based out of India I have attached one conversation and am still waiting on the others. We also were told that we would receive the list of data and mailing labels for this list, I have asked for it over and over and still have not received.
This is my last resort pleas be advised I have tried over and over to settle this without getting you involved, however they do not seem to want to play nice, they seem to want to give excuses over and over about how slow it is and they don't want to give us garbage which is why it takes so long but as you will see in correspondence with Mr. Castrilli he has said the they are producing apps in record #'s but they cannot provide us with apps in a timely manner, apparently so bad they are trying to sell us leads that they have already sold to us, and are lying about talking to clients because as you will see with Ed Caballera who is in Puerto Rico at the moment which we know because he is our client and we have to mail his closing package there, yet miraculously they spoke to him at his home and he said he wanted a call from us to get a refinance.
The amount of fraud that is going on with this company is outrageous they have telemarketers informing home owners that the call is for a mortgage survey in order to hit their quota of leads produced as well as putting pressure on these people to place them into situations that they do not want to be in. I also have many "prospects" anxiously waiting on a phone call from the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION to verify this information. All we wanted was fair treatment. They required payment up front in order for them to produce, we paid Metro Marketing, Inc.in full and all they have produced is excuses.
