I called Donovan K-9 Asking for a male German
Shepherd pup for stud they said I could have the pick of the litter. I called many times and sent them the $600.00 they wanted for the pup.
Then all of a sudden all that was left was one male with one testicle, which wasn't suitable for breeding.
So I asked for a replacement or my money back.
They couldn't come up with a replacement and said the check was in the mail, which I have never seen. The emails are below:

Hi Melanie... Please send me your address... I usually do not send back cash... Only replacements... But inthis circumstance with me not realising the testicle issue... I will send you out a check... I want to tell you that I am VERY SORRY... I would NEVER refuse to pay on an agreement... I honestly thought that JEN had squared it all up with you... But. The hard truth for us is that we have been struggling financially... We went from a 5,000 dollar a month overhead... To a 50,000 dollar overhead! I have told JEN to send you a check right away several times... And she just keeps getting bills that are overwhelming and she cant do it... The winter is our slow season... I have a few more emails too, but now I'm just ignored and $600.00 less and no pup either.
