I have had nothing but problems with this so called Bridal Shop
First I went to pick a dress out for my bridesmaids, the store said that they would put the type of dress in the computer so when I came back with all of the girls they would be able to see it. When we went back with all of the girls, a feat in itself (some came from out of town), they did not have the dress on file or in the store, they had sold the sample. That gave me confirmation that we would not get the bridesmaids dresses from the store. Unfortunately, I had already ordered my dress a few months prior so I couldn't cancel my order.
When my dress finally came in a month after they said it would arrive I went to try it on (I took a vacation day off of work to do this).in the dressing room I noticed that there was makeup on the dress and cups sewn into the dress, obviously, they had given my dress to someone else. When I asked them where my dress was they said in storage and they could "fit me in" for another appt. The next week.
In the meantime, they made many errors and were very rude through the entire procedure stating that "mistakes do happen". Not only did I have trouble with my dress but also with my veil too. They told me I would be compensated for my time, but when it came time to pay the balance they reneged on the deal and said they never promised compensation.
I just want to warn other brides of this horror story, a wedding has enough stress involved and this should be the last thing to have to worry about. I have never received such horrible customer service in all of my dealings with stores or vendors.
Please choose your stores wisely.
