This a* charges you for investigation work and does not do the investigation he is not even licensed as a private investigator in any state if he has done investigation work for you and has taken your money please report him to the DA in PA he is not a certified investigator or a licensed investigator he has to be stopped from ripping of the general public.
He also state he is a bounty hunter and a bail enforcement agent this is another rip off he is performing and taking peoples money this guy is a big big theft and a rip off in the Investigation and bail bonds business
