Criminal investigation of chihuahua breeder!
I purchased an AKC Chihuahua from Mary Goodwin (although she represented herself as Shawn Goodwin) for $1000.00 on 6/8/06. The dog had a hernia and she said she would give me another dog as compensation since the first dog wasn't completely healthy like she had guaranteed.
I never received the AKC papers for my first puppy nor did she ever compensate me for the health problem. She kept stringing me along with emails filled with lies.
She is now being criminaly investigated in Lamar, Missouri. The investigator informed me that my dog isn't even registered with AKC and that I am one of many who have been victimized by her.
