Court TV discontinued with no bill discount after earlier channel removal

Last year Dish discontinued Lifetime Movies. This year it is Court TV. When you do business with a Cable Co. You expect them to keep the same programs, if not they need to discount your bill. If they can't negotiate the price, they should let those that want that program have the option of paying more.
