Twice she has misled us on rental properties and jacked up the price at the last minute. The most recent occurance was with a home that she owned. After that first fiasco, she called us and offered to rent it to us for a negotiated price of $800/month
(down from $880/month.) She assured us that there wouldn't be any problems this time.
We met her to sign the papers 3 days later and she informed us that she had just received an offer for $880/month and we would have to match it if we wanted the place. My wife reminded her of her promise (to no avail) and we left but not before I delivered some sharp comments to her about her lack of character.
Jessie is completely dishonest in her dealings and her word means nothing. It does not speak well for Chapman Hall Realtors that they would employ such a deceitful person.
I can only imagine what problems we would have encountered down the road had we completed our transaction with this dishonorable and untrustworthy woman.
