My wife ordered some magazines from this company in May. It was for her mother that was in a nursing home. It stated that you must allow up to 16 weeks to receive the magazines. When they did not arrive i sent a email to the customer service department that was suppose to contact the customer within 24 hours. They never contacted me, so i sent 2 more emails and never heard a thing from them. Of course after that length of time the credit card company could not remove the charge and i was out the money.
