The frustration of consumers who feel like they got cheated cause the company fell short on their end, when they are borrowing your money not there's.

Then make it a hassle to get back, now they've got your money, time, and phone costs, to get back your money they promise, is why I do not like rebates in the first place.

Then there's the report part of it, again your time, are you really getting anything? Or a scam on themselves.
