Collection Bill Over a Thousand Dollars, Service Never Had

I never had Verizon, so when they sent me a collection notice for this outrageous amount of money I took a good look at the bill called the number I'm still on hold for 45 min. While writing you this, they sent me a bill for over a thousand dollars. The recording on there number tells you to go online and manage your account so I typed in there address and came up with usacomplaints.com I'm feeling little better now!!
