And on the same date i have filled the feilds in the official notice on same date of 28 nov with the code as they have given as provisional claim code: 13750228, to the amount of $4,687.63 cents will be relesed to me as soon i give all the details, but still up to this date i have not received the amount,
So i here by with the help of you to notice to the karen@childrenplayonsummerdays to issue my prize amount in favour of me and to deduct your charges from the amount.
