I bought mother a set of circle ware pots and pans for christmas in 1992 (may co at this time) when they were delivered there was a shipping advisement that the 8 qt sauce pan was missing and would be shipped later. I gave it little thought and after several months I asked my mother if she received the pan yet and she hadn't.
I wrote several letters to customer service and recieved no replies. I took the shipping advisement back to the store and showed it to the dept manager. (about a year has gone by now) he kept the advisement and said he would straighten it out. Again no reply. I went back to the store and couldn't remember the managers name who took my paperwork and he was no longer with them.
I went to customer service again and asked them if they would simply give me a credit for the 85.00 pan. They said they would contact me. Again no reply. About 2 years have gone by now and I recieved not one single reply. I included a note with every bill I paid on my credit card but to no avail, not one single reply, ever! I paid off my credit card and quit doing business with them. But to this day it angers me! It is just not fair! They owe me 85.00 plus I should have some compensation for the countless trips to the store, phone calls and letters, but I would settle for $85.00 Thanks Steve gardner
