Horrible responses to customer questions.
The beginning of 2006 I contacted this company interested in a pageant gown and emailed a question to them about colors. The response received was so rude and over the top and outrageous that I decided not to order from this company.
When I told the Darius Cordell staff my decision based on their unfriendly website and responses, a flurry of long insulting emails ensued. I had to threaten them with official action if they did not cease emailing me after I asked them to stop and still they continued.
After reviewing the complaints about this company on this site I realized that this is not an isolated incident and I will do everything I can to ensure that the information is available to the public about this company so that they will not terrorize another potential customer. This company needs to be out of business and the only way to do this is to keep the public informed. The pageant community needs to be especially aware of this type of vendor and avoid them.
The pageant community is a small, tightly connected business and we need to pass information on to each other. Anyone else with similar experiences please post your response.
