Pageant director takes your entry fee but does not follow though with pageant awards

Mchelle Darnell is pageant director of Southern Belles pageant in Deatsville Alabama on 10/09/10. She collected childrens items, sold t-shirts and collected admission fees but failed to present pageant awards that were described on pageant entry form.
