THE BATE & SWITCH: I ordered a beautiful pink and peach gladioli sympathy arrangement for an out of town funeral. I attended the funeral and discovered that arrangement consisted of sparse white snapdragons (many not blooming) and a lot of greens with one pink ribbon. The only thing that looked that same as the picture of the arrangement I chose from was the pink ribbon. The arrangement that arrived at the funeral home was truly ugly. I was embarrassed to have my name associated with it. It was so hidious that the funeral director placed it all the way to the side in a dark corner. I immediately contacted 180066ROSES to find out what had gone wrong. They promised to return my call, but never did. I called again later in the day and was told that they were too busy earlier that morning to determine what had happened with my order. Again, they promised to call me the very next day and, again, I received no phone call. However, they promptly charged my credit card for the full amount of the gladioli arrangement that I never received. I believe this company thought that I would never see this arrangement as it was for an out of town funeral. They claim to be a award winning member of Teleflora International, this is truly very hard for me to believe not only because of the poor quality arrangement, but due to their poor customer service in returning my calls.
