Nextel Sprint
Billed for phones and service I did not order ripoff

I switched service from Sprint, then Nextel, to AT&T, now Cingular. I called to cancel and have my phone number transferred to AT&T. Then a short time later I started geting billed for 3 phones and associated service. I protested the charges through American Express because Nextel was charging my credit card.

I won the protest, but Nextel/Sprint has continued to try and collect by passing the claim on to three different debt collection agencies. It is showing up on one of the credit reporting agencies now, the first and only negative to ever show up on a credit report, and it is not even valid!
