Associates and Management Rude Refuses to correct prices

In the last 6 months alone, I have had so many probelms with BJ's and their management.

To start it off, my mother put me on her card. When I went to get my picture and my card, I was told I had to pay. I told the woman, that my mother had already paid and given my information, she was told that I only have to get my picture done to get my card. Well, the woman continued to argue, so I went to find my mom. We returned to the desk and my mom gave the woman her receipt.

She got rudeand started punching things in the computer. Then she asked for my first name, I told her and she says, well, your not on here. The manager came up, he asked what the problem was, we told him. He asked for my name, again, I told them he said, she's right it isn't here. We got upset, we had the receipt and didn't know what the problem was. After going round and round, it turns out, they had my name misspelled.

How, hard was it to figure out that they spelled my name wrong. I don't have a complicated name. My name is April yet they spelled it Apeal. Come on.

Fine, that was over. Well, my mom was getting coupons for BJ's in the mail and gave me the one's that I could use for my family. These were really good coupons, yet everytime I went to purchase these items, they all of a sudden didn't carry them. Not out of stock, but no longer carried them (At leasts thats what they said). Then when the coupons were no good, they started carring the product again.

Their explaination to me was, "We have to make room for new items and stop carring them, sometimes for a short peroid of time." OK, Whatever.

I went in one day to purchase a box of diapers, anyone that has children, knows these are expensive and best to by from a wholesale. Well, their generic brand was $16.99, then I see a sign for Pampers for $24.99. Well, I picked up the Pampers. I buy my items and begin to leave wondering, what did I buy? The diapers ran up $39.99, big difference. I went to the service desk, she looks them up and comes up with what I was charged, I told her I didn't want to the diapers if they weren't going to give them to me for what the sign said. She insisted I read the sign wrong.

After awhile she finally walked back and got the sign and brought them back. Then she says, "The sign was in the wrong place." I said, "No, read the sign it is exactly what I brought." Then she kept arguing that there ws another Pmapers of the same size, etc that was the $24.99. Nope, they were the only style Pampers back there peroid. I again told her, I just wanted my money back, because I wasn't paying a different price then what the sign said. Well, then she starts getting loud with me and making a big sceen.

I asked for her manager. She came out and asked what my problem was, just as rudely as that read. I again said, "I just want my money back, I' not going to buy these diapers, when the price on the sign says different." She gets ruder with me, and says, "I don't understand what your problem is." She looks at the receipt and says, "This is the right price." I showed her the sign that was up. She says, "The signs are easily switch, mamam."

I got really pissed, I've been standing here for 40 minutes waiting for my money. I then said, "I'm sorry, is there a probelm with getting my money back. I think I've made it clear, I don't want them, I'm not paying a different price, I just want my money back." Then the woman gets snappy and insists I changed the sign. Again, they were the only style Pampers, duh!!!

All it is, is that BJ's not only didn't want to correct the price, but wanted me to keep the diapers and go home. Afetr another 15 minutes with this woman, I told her, "Look, I have had to listen to you two tell me I can't read, cursing at me, and acting like I'm stupid. Get this through your heads, I just want my money back. If I have to start throwing a tantrum like the two of you to do that, then I will."

Finally, I got my money back. I still don't get it, all I wanted was my money back.

I've seen this same manager do this and insult customers many many times. I wonder if she knows, she's only embarrassing herself. These are just a couple of the "Unforgetable" instances at BJ's you wouldn't believe how people get treated on a daily base.
