As I was doing my shopping, I came across a sign that said 2/$5.00. I knew this was a great deal, so I grabbed 8 bags. The price did not match, So the cashier (Tina) sent the worker that was helping her to go do a price check and he came back and said yes, there is a sign that says 2 for $5.00. But she stll rung the price wrong. She charged me $5.00 a bag. So I went into the store and told her she had changed me wrong and she sent me to the Counter to get a refund. I told Verdale that Tina (the manager) said to give me a refund because she had changed me wrong, and she called Veronica and the intercome, I waited a few minutes and again I told her I bought a lot of ice cream and it was melting, I told her she could look at my receipt. She called The Manager Veronica again and another Manager named Jean came up and said she was gone for the day. I explain to him about the mis-priced. I told him someone had already checked the price and the sign on the wall, but he said he had to go check. So I walked with him to show him where I had gotten the candy from and the same sign was there, in the mean time Verdale left the counter to walk with him, leaving customers waiting. He picked up the sign and said yes give her a refund because the sign did say that. I walked in front of him and Verdale and I'm not sure what she told him but by the time they got to the counter he said for me to give him back the candy I had gotten for $5.00 and for her to give a refund on that. I told him no I had already bought that and told him it was not my fault the item was marked wrong. He then was very rude to me and told me that I knew that candy was not 2 for $5.00. I told him I'm not sure how much the candy was I just knew I was getting a good deal. I then took the sign off his hand (I can send you a copy of it) and my receipt and told him I would be callig his coorporate office and he yelled somethng back at me. Winn Dixie had a lot of customers and heard how rude they were. I do all my shopping at winn dixie and spend lots of money there. I have never seen this Manager there before, but he was rude and not very friendy at all.
