XCOIN bills itself as a new type of paypal site, takes all your information moves your money to this store it is supporting. I went 1 week without hearing anything except that I had been charged 170.00. When I tried to contact both places I get nothing back from any e-mails sent. I have lost 170.00 to these fraud sites.
