Ordered on 11/25 expected within 2 weeks, received nothing on 12/14 ripoff Olongapo City Philippines

I ordered the item on the 25th of November. Since then, I have received one message from them:

Your credit card has been charged for the amount above and you will receive another email from our processor (Digital Realms) confirming this order.
Normal delivery times are between 10 and 14 days and you will have a tracking number emailed to you when the item is dispatched.

I got no tracking number.
Yesterday I sent them an email, no answer. Since Christmas time is usually busy, I didn't worry too much. Today I searched on the internet for information on this company.
I've read several reports of people who never got their order and who said that raredvds. Tv never answered their mails.
I am really pissed off since it is supposed to be a Christmas present.
