A Man named Chico Stevens whom claims to be an attorney has rakateered this company and engaged others from various states stating to be a Modeling Agencies. He has convinced a select few that they had potential and should do this telemarketing convincing oncomers from an Establishment call Extras on Call to register with them. Once that is the only option for the victim, then they would send 30,40, or even $50 dollar money order along with a contract to sign and send to altogether another place or address. He then assigns these victims to the telemarketing victims working for him. They are now laid in the front lines to do his Dirty work for him. He then promises his telemarketing friends that he would pay them $20 for each person they convince to send in their money and pictures promising them to be summitted into a casting which was stuffed into all of thier mailboxes. All 2000 or so victims whom are made to believe they would be discovered by some director or producer but only to be led to the one and only OMEL which asked for another $40 or more dollars as a background check. Its all a hoax. They get your money and convince you that they are summiting you to easy to get casting which you can do yourself. Now if you figure he claims to pay the telemarketing victim $20 and perhaps another it would take to do a background check on you. No he in fact does none of the above nor does anyone else. They simply take your money and stuff the pictures and hand you over to naive telemarketers to play talent scout.
I know because i was a victim of all the above. He got me for 500.00 for holding up postage address for the victims which he did not pay me for. He got my $40 doing the same thing. He takes no responsiblity for his manipulations and abuse on others. I saw first hand on how it is all gone about. He isnt an attorney. He says it to scare you but even if he was he knows he would use this tactic to scare your more. Dont be afraid to speak out. He was apparently fined $15,000 for acting as a talent agency without a liscense. People you have to be liscensed. He works out of texas but may have moved to California using the LLC that he tricked me into paying with my credit card. It would be one model essenceLLC. When he saw i was on to him he stopped payment on any monies that were due me. Many victims are very aware of this scam but havent reported anything yet. Perhaps it was just $40 dollars they lost but these people are getting rich this way. Even if they are unliscenced? He has burned many people along the way. Yes it is a scam
