Ok this is annoying really after getting the automated run around for the last hour and a half to resolv this issue i came here. I originally had my obligation down to 2 and ran into finacial problems in finishing it in october i received a call from them abotu said service and i exsplained otthe guy that i was finacially unabel to fufill it and i woudl when i coudl.
At said time he told me tha tif i orderd 1 movie at that time they woudl consider the account void after it was paid for it being close to christmas i told him agine i couldnt afford to at the time and i felt uncomforatable abotu ordering anythign at that time i sepnt a half hour with this guy on the phone and eventually pre orderd a movie that i didnt get till the 20th of this month giving me the tiem i needed to pay it with a late charge in january when thigns cleared so i could. Which was supposed to have exstended the account atleast till then. Today i received a bill cancelling my account which i did nto cancell btw and cahrgins me for the remaning selection which i was told on the phone would be dropped if i orederd that one and paid for it later on which i did.
Not only that i had orderd back in april a movie collection for my daughter which they sent the wrong one which i returned and was never credited for or received the replacement of the right set. And not beign able to contact anyone by phone or even receive a reply to my email i sent i went looking on the web for alternate way to contact them that didnt involve me spending anymore money on them to contact which is when i ran into this sight and decide dto make a complaint.
