PRE-PAID LEGAL has refered me an attorney (RONALD CANTER) who has held on to my case file for 2 1/2 years and done NOTHING. He has allowed intercare insurance to mishandle disabillity benefits and not pay out court ordered payments. Pre-paid legal and ron canter have ignored my request for award contracts to be modified too. My calls are never returned like pre-paid legal promises (within 24hours).. I sometimes do not hear from my attorney for months. I had a stipulation with
request for award contract signed on november 1 with attorney canter, who promised me he would fix the jurisdiction reserved parts within 30 days. To this day, he has done NOTHING, NOR RETURNED MY CALLS. He also "LOW-BALLED" the award figure in court which the JUDGE caught him Low balling the figure and not putting critical correct information in the contract.
As a result of Mr. Canter and Pre-Paid legal not doing a thing, I have lost my home, car, medical, child, etc..
Mr. Canter assured me that "penalties would be later", yet he did not request them after i demanded he request them. I have missing funds, missing child support payments that were deducted and never paid out, etc... Pre-paid legal is a joke! They collect their monthly fee, and do nothing for the client. My attorney, ron canter, showed up in court totally unprepared... Other attornies have told me mr. Canter has sat on this case and contaminated it by his lack of action... Was he paid off to sit on this case??? Humm... Thats what i have been told...
