Cocky, young unprofessionals, rude, unwilling to help or find solution to probs with older models ripoff

I have an older model Segway and needed to get it serviced. It got the young, cocky, rude employee there. You know the ones that look at people withthe older models like they are shit? Yep like, you need to get an upgrade. Their attitude was unprofessional and they have a young inexperienced staff there.
