Capital Management Services LP aka Resurgent Capital Services LP is claiming I owe a debt of $40.88 for an account that was paid in full over a year ago with the original creditor. They've called, written, and generally not disclosed any validity of the debt despite numerous requests. I looked them up under the Buffalo BBB and they have numerous complaints.
