I bought a bycycle for my grandaughter. When I got it home the handlebars were loose, so I tightened them up. When she got on to ride, they were loose again. They would not stay tight. So I took the bike back to Wal-Mart. They would not exchange it. I was told that it was sold "as is". There was nothing on the price tag, on the bike, or on the receipt that said "as is".
When I talked to the manager I was told that I should have known that it was sold "as is".
