I was fraudulently charged a fee for a toll number I never requested or received. I spoke with one of their representatives "Deanna" today about the charges to my phone. She told me that I had done a survey and that's why I have this service. I would never do any survey that would increase a bill. On top of that I never got a paper bill nor a toll number that she stated I would be able to give out to family and or friends for them to contact me when I'm unavailable at my home number. I don't recall ever doing what she stated I did by way of a survey. So I need to report this mess to higher ups so that it will be nipped now before someone gets more angry than I currently am about the matter. Deanna stated she'd give me credit for next month but not this month and that it would probably be two billing cycles before I would see the credit to my telephone service. I'd have to wait two months before I receive notification for a service that I didn't request.
