When we moved in July of we used Midway Moving and Storage. We were quoted that a 2 bedroom apartment on the third floor, to a 2 bedroom apartment on the first floor should take no more than 4 hours. When the guys arrived to move us at first were very fast. Then they started to drag, one would go back to the truck and they we didn't see him again for 10-20 minutes, then when he came back the other did the same, then we looked outside he was eating. They didn't come prepared with any kind of map to get to our new location and didn't tell us that when we left to go to the new place so halfway gone they called and told us we needed to come back. This move took 8 HOURS! They did a four bedroom house before us that they told us only took 4 hours. I will never ever recommend this company to anyone. I tried to call them to complain right after this happened and they told me "not our problem" they do not stand by their quotes and don't offer any kind of help. This is a company that I believe should not be the "official movers" of the Chicago Bulls!
