This company is not a good shipping company at all. They cheat their customers on freight charges. The are terrible when it comes to their employees. They do not handle freight propery, it's tossed and dropped. The employees are very careless and do not care about your items. They pay their employees very low wages while the senior staff drive Lexus's and pay their employees who do all the work very low low wages.
I've seen packages dropped and ripped open just so they can see whats inside and then they steal small amounts of items and report it as damaged.
They do not take care of their employees and they are very discriminating against gays and lesbians. I recommend avoiding and trying something like Road Runner Freight Systems.
I have watched them over charge customers for freight and laugh just because they knew they had their freight and adjusting the weight was something they knew customers could do nothing about or low ball them on replacing something that was damaged. I advise against using them.
