I am presently listed on Free Lotto as a one million dollar winner, a ten thousand dollar winner and a three hundred dollar winner. Being a retired Police Officer I was to say the least, skeptical. So I read the rules. The rules they post say no purchase is necessary but if you try to claim the prize you must purchase a subscription. Just to find out what kind of scam this is, I emailed them describing the discrepancy in their rules and what in fact they practice. My response from Free Lotto was to keep sending me the winners list with my name as a million dollars winner and time was running out, but no answer to my question why do they say no purchase is required but it is.

I have also downloaded from the www.irs. Gov website form 3949-a. This form is to report possible tax fraud. The IRS perhaps more than anyone else knows how to make Kevin J. Aronin, CEO of PlasmaNet, life miserable. Here also is the only listing for Kevin J. Aronin in New York. Perhaps someone should give him a call.
