I keep seeing report after report on Jennifer Lutke and her business Doxy Lingerie. Normally a business isn't hard to find, but in this case I found that not to be true. Jennifer only has an email address on her website... No phone number, no address.
I found a phone number and address for her on her domain name whois, but it turned out that number is now owned by Premire Radiology. I then found a number for her brother from information for Kalamazoo. I called and asked for Jennifer and he told me she was now in St Louis with her fiance. I had seen one report filed that mentioned she ran a kiosk in one of the malls, so her moving there fit.
I checked the BBB site and found they have many complaints on her business, but no phone number. They did have an address and P.O. Box that I hadn't seen before. It isn't clear if the address goes to her home or her warehouse though. My main objective was to find a phone number to help her victims.
Next I found out what mall her kiosk was in and gave them a call. West Country Mall was more than happy to give me the phone number for her. 269-998-9718 I called and after a few rings it went to voicemail and a woman's voice said she wasn't available, please leave a message. Of course the mailbox was full, so I couldn't. Hopefully all of you victims can get thru to her when you try to call.
The lady I spoke with from the mall was very interested in all the reports filed on this site and was unaware of all the victims Jennifer has out there. She gave me the email addresses to the General Manager and to the Speciality Leasing manager so I can drop them a line and point them to all the reports here on ROR.
If I find out any new information on Jennifer I will do an update to this report. I hope she clears her voicemail and y'all are able to call her. If not, I have seen a pattern develop to where many who file a complaint on her, get their order canceled and their money refunded.
