We work at west county mall in st louis where there is a kiosk in the mall for doxy lingerie. I was able to get my costume by pushing them to bring it there cause they were selling a selection at the mall after a week it arrived, they were non stock costumes for those that were told that was the reason for late delivery, my co worker on the other hand never received hers and the order was placed on the 10th of october.
She was told that it was because she entered in the sales as cash or check and that they were waiting for the money to arrive by mail. She pointed out that it shouldn't have asked for credit information which it did and was told it was approved. When the costume I wanted didn't work my boyfriend ordered mine and was charged and still hasn't arrived for whatever reason. We are very realistic that it said before halloween but get real nothing takes this long to deliver when we were able to get non stock items at the mall in a week
