Ripoff—charged my credit card but never sent magnetic bracelets! Fraudulent ripoff business, NY Internet

I was charged on my credit card on May 15th for the merchandise, but have never received my products... And today is June 16th.

I have sent several emails to no avail.

The toll free number on the internet is always busy... Surprise, surprise.
