I obtained an estimation from M & A Pine Service in Dallas. It was the cheapest I'd obtained, and so it was approved by me. They declined to complete it declaring they required more gear, but guaranteed to recognize the bet once the people came to complete the task. I was informed by times later the organization the bet would not be honored by them. The methods of the corporation are dubious.
